I am Michael and I have a little less than 30 years.

If you are as I was by starting this blog, you a little are frustrated and lost at the same time. The living conditions which one has, even if they are enviable in many connections, do not bring all the satisfaction to us which one wishes and especially one really does not know how to change the things. Without electric shock, one reproduces each day the diagram of operation of yesterday. I am your electric shock.

After tryhaving a long time tried to solve my lack of satisfaction, I discovered that I was to make several things: first of all, to learn unceasingly and progress. Then, to divide and teach what I learned through this blog. Finally to release me by creating my company and from the passive incomes. My blog tells this history.

The trade that I like and who occupy part of my time, it is that of consultant independent in organization of process trade and information systems. I help, each day, my customers with better organizing itself as well on the level of their trades as their tools. My trade gives the opportunity to me to meet a great number of people in a great number of companies and I unfortunately note each day the dysfunction in the organizations and between the men. I modestly try to make improvements there.

Optimization is my will mantra and I apply it to all the levels. For that I created products in the form of ebook, I propose a service of coaching and a training with the personal effectiveness.

The base of my matter is thus financial independence and the personal achievement.

Invest better, work less and gain more

What do you want to make your money? The school educates us on a great number of subject but not on the money. The school educates us above all for a standard life: that of an employee lambda.

He is thus frequent to cross the people educated (include/understand Bac +5, the standard from now on) but with disastrous financial knowledge.

And that further goes than that, knowledge to manage its money is absolutely not a question of intelligence. It is necessary simply to want it and work there.

How then in this case how to constitute a knowledge on the money and finance?

There is not only money!

The personal development is in the middle of this search because I think that to learn is essential to progress in the life. On a fundamental level, it is essential to know why the things are made and if to earn more money or to be financially independent is creditable, still is necessary it to have a major reason which guides our steps. Without it, the money is not used for nothing.

This blog will cover also subjects like the personal productivity, personal finances or the investment (in particular real). Meanwhile, I will divide with you the fruit of my readings or my thoughts around these subjects.

Is your house a credit or a liability?

If you think that your house is a credit, you must read my blog! I always invite my readers to think to the maximum by themselves and to leave the generally accepted ideas. A house does not bring back money, it even costs some. It is thus a liability.

Change your spirit, cultivate it. The only barriers which you have are those of your spirit!

To become investor and contractor

What is what an investor? Very often one confuses with the trade of investor with that of speculator.

Here stricto sensus definitions:

Investor: Nobody or community who invests capital in a sector of the economy.

Speculator: Nobody who makes financial transactions, commercial to benefit from the variations of the market.

I wish to make the light on the trade of investor, that which is based on the creation of value and aims at the long run.

I am not a financial adviser. I do not have a fine knowledge of the financial products (but I look after myself). The councils which you will find on my blog are the expression of my personal opinions.

I direct myself towards the entreprenariat: the idea to take the things in hand and to create value and to gain my independence is paramount for me. I will go even further that: you cannot become rich while remaining passive. My opinions and my reflexions thus naturally will reflect this frame of mind.
